Great comfort all-arounder, perfect for travel and long city walks that come with that. Much higher quality materials than mass-produced brands. Initial fit very tight, resolves within a week or two.

This is my 4th pair of JAKs and as 3 other pair they fit perfect. They are very comfortable.

The minimal design looks very nice. Happy with the purchase. At first they seemed too tight on the sides (I wear EU size 42) but after wearing for 1 hour they feel just right.

The only downside is that I did not receive a pair of slim innersoles. That would make the shoes perfect, especially for the summer.

From the moment you open the box you know these shoes are made with care. They are quite comfortable and work well in colder weather as they are quite padded.

The size of the shoes fits perfectly to my wife’s feet. It was a great present.

I'm not usually one for leaving negative reviews. But I thought I should gave a true account of my overall experience with my first purchase of JAK shoes.

Ordering = 5stars - website did not have my size (EU42) as available. Contacted customer services. Miguel was really helpful and organized a pair of 42's to be shipped directly from store.
Shoe Quality = 4star - Initial impression is the quality looks to be good.
Shoe Fit = 2stars - This is the one I struggled with a little. I have been what I regard as a regular (UK8 EU42) all my adult life, and have not had many issues with size 42 shoe fitment over the years. As for the JAK S03's fit, when first tried on they immediately seemed small fitting and not really comfortable. swapped the insoles out for the provided thinner insoles (nice touch by the way) and this improved the fit for me. However the the shoe fit still felt very narrow and was tight across the width (length is fine). This is not something I can remember being an issue with the numerous different manufacturer shoes I have bought over there years. I love the look of the S03 trainers so I'm going to keep them and hope they stretch and give a little across the width.
Delivery = 2stars - Again this is my experience having to import from Portugal to the UK after Brexit. Delivery time was great, so no issue there. However the import cost were a lot more than I expected. I appreciate this has nothing to do with JAK but its still worth pointing out, so people are aware of the overall cost of shipping to UK. After Euro to GPB conversion, purchase price of S03's was £167 but after adding all duty, tax and import costs of £75, the actual total cost for me was £242. That is and increase of 45% to get shoes shipped to UK, which for me is to much. Again no fault of JAK, but it will prevent me personally from buying shoes from JAK again.

This is my 3rd pair of JAKs, also owning the SO1 and Royal. The S03 are perfect for walking around in. When they first arrived,, I thought they felt tight, I did use the thinner inserts, but after 1 day of walking around they stretched into a better, yet still snug fit - so if you prefer the thicker inserts maybe order 1 size up.

S03 is beautiful in every sense! As were my previous Jak sneakers!

When my activity requires a little more grip than my Atoms provide these are my new go to. Like every pair of Jaks I’ve owned they are incredibly well made and designed. I honestly wouldn’t wear anything else unless I had to.
