Ordered a size up from my last pair of Jak’s, so that I could use the insole provided. Very comfy, and cool sneaker/shoe.

I really loved how stylish and comfortable these shoes are. So I bought another pair after wearing one for several years.

I really like the shoes I bought, I kept actually 2. As I ordered for the first time on JAK, I was not sure which size was the right one - ordering both 47/48 and actually expected 48 to fit (so I ordered 2 pair more). All that under the expectation of "free" return. Just to learn that once you return, there are hidden return-to-inventory costs of 15 Euros - per pair! That's a bit of a joke. I am working in logistics and that's not the cost you incur for preparing the shoes back to stock - and even if, don't hide it until the last moment. That actually pissed me off quite a bit and I don't think I buy pairs at JAK for now, since I paid the fees that pay a full shoe now!

Looks are fantastic, toebox size is perfect. Unfortunately, the heel cup was to big for me and my foot would slip a lot. To tie the shoes tightly, id be very worried about ripping the eyelets.

These are the best vegan option I’ve found. I love them.

I saw the white vegan shoes online and loved them. They didn't have them at the shop first so I tried on a different model to check that I was getting the right size, then ordered online. The shoes arrived two days later with lovely packaging and a nice note with my name handwritten on it. The shoes are exactly what I wanted, and I love wearing them, they are super comfortable, sporty yet classy thanks to their minimalist, clear and elegant style.

As usual, the quality, comfort and craftmanship are second to none!
And with these, there's the added bonus of vegan sustainability.
The AppleSkin upper was a very good surprise as it is very soft, adding to the comfort.
