I order these from Dubai. It was delivered in 3 days with no issues. The quality is amazing and all the extras you receive in the package is a big plus. Only drawback for me was import tax of AED 50 that we need to pay in the UAE which I was not aware of.

Shoes are great. Very good attention to detail.

Even the packaging is beautifully done, including the spare laces and the general presentation. The addition of slimmer insoles is a nice touch for the thick sock brigade.

I have now purchased both the royal in white and grey. Both pairs are perfectly finished and equally comfortable. I have many pairs of sneakers and although they are all pretty comfortable, my JAK shoes fit like gloves and they truly are the best sneakers I have ever purchased.

My wife and I had the good fortune of stumbling upon the new Flagship Store on Rua de Santa Catarina. What a wonderful experience. Got a chance to talk with Jose and hear the story behind Jak Shoes. Bought a pair of high-tops. Went back the next day with our friends and we ended up buying five additional pair. The shoes are simply a work of art; inspired designs and flawless construction. Extremely comfortable right out of the box. Great shoes made by great people. Couldn't give them our money fast enough. Regarding fit, they are quite slim. The size 43 fit similar to my size 44 Adidas Sambas when using the low insoles. Would love a slightly wider variant

I love my Jaks. I was tired of throwing sneakers away when the sole wore out. I bought a pair in Lisbon and then ordered another when I got home. My only complaint is that the soles wear out quicker than I would like. The good news is that they can be resoled.

I ordered a pair of black legacy sneakers on black friday. The website said, 4-5 weeks of delivery which was fine with me, but 2 month past did not hear anything do I reached out, and was told to be patient, or get a refund.
I waited, further 1 month and the order shipped, with DHL express, when I got a notification that they thad restocked.

My pair of Legacy White was delivered just within few days. Excellent quality and very comfortable!

Sehr schöner und edler Schuh. Schönes weiches Leder, gute Verarbeitung. Bisher nur 1 x getragen und ich kann bereits jetzt sagen es wird mein Lieblings Schuh. Auch die wechselbaren Innen sohlen sind gut verarbeitet. Lediglich der Geruch der beiden Sohlen ist etwas streng-es riecht sehr nach Chemie/Kleber. Möglicherweise gibt es hier ja noch Veränderungsbedarf
