The sneakers look great and feel good overall, but they’re too stiff for my taste and a bit tight in the toe area.

These are really great looking minimalist sneakers that can be dress up for smart outfits or dressed down for office casual. The materials are truly premium with vegetable tanned uppers and lasting board. The cushioning is also quite good also.

There are a few negatives I have to mention though. First as they are premium leather they are quite stiff and require a break in period. This is fine but the back of the shoes were too high and uncomfortable for me and cause inflammation around my Achilles tendons. Suggest a slight redesign would solve this or maybe I need a longer break in (I used them for a whole week walking 5-10km a day so they are stiff when new).

Second issue I would mention is a warning they are summer/dry weather shoes only. The veg tanned leather doesn’t like any bit of wetness so if you get caught by surprise by the rain it can lead to some unpleasant results. They are still good but think a basic water protection would be a good idea (most UK made sneakers like this do have some water resistance built in).

Overall I am pleased with them and will no doubt wear them for a long time. I like the design and materials and the company was great with queries and deliveries also.

And I won't wear them until next spring! These are hands down the most elegant dress sneakers possible. This pair is interesting in that it's the first that I'm actually getting in precisely my size. The first three where one size up but I discovered that I could put the shoe inserts to make them fit comfy. I can't promise that I will not buy a fifth pair.

I bought them in 2019 on a trip to Porto, the shoes are of outstanding quality, you can feel how it hugs your feet in an “orthopedic way” the leather does not wrinkle easily and the entire shoe is still in great shape, even after 6 years. I would buy my next pair if i go to Porto again, its a must.

This is my third JAK' purchase and the quality, comfort and design top notch. Whether at work (as pictured) or out on the town, they're versatile and stylish, everyone should have at least one pair.

First time buy to try cork-lined sole sneakers add to quality.
High quality, minimalist-looking leather. Starts to crease a little near toes.
Fits true to size and comfortable out of the box.
Inner fully lined and high quality leather soles. Also came with high quality spare leather soles. Other lux brands I own give functional lower quality spares.
Inner lace holes are lined with metal eyelets. Lux brands skip this attention to detail.
Inner heel is lined with suede to add to comfort. Notice the heel bump is at bottom of heel instead of top. One small suggestion to invert the bump to improve heel hold. Then would be perfect snug fit with comfortable heel hug.
Charge v reasonable for shipment.

I love the superclean style and the excellent craftsmanship. These sneakers are a great investment because they are absolutely comfortable and I like to wear them every day.

I must admit that this is my first pair of shoes made of leather. Honestly, I think it's amazing. Great attention to detail, super awesome packaging, outstanding build quality. And I cannot say enough good words for JAK's customer service, and Marta, who helped me with exchanging my initial order and all. Everything went super smooth, and super fast. This is my first JAK pair of shoes, but definitely not my last!

Sneakers colors are very close to the ones in website, very fast shipping and helpful customer support. Sadly they are a bit tight even with lower soles, so I’ve exchanged them for a wider model

Definitely would want to buy another pair! Super comfy and the thoughtfulness of including the slim insoles to my rescue. Especially for those people who might accidentally bought too fitting size yet too lazy to do a return. Haha 😂 love the

They are just awesome. Wasn’t expecting that much quality packed in a somewhat casual sneaker. Loved the feeling, lightweight and comfort. Definitely recommend them and will buy something else from this brand soon enough.

These shoes are beautifully designed with the finest craftsmanship. The multiple insoles, laces, and shoe bag is also a plus. However, after only wearing for one day I noticed wear near the back heel where the white was scuffing off the leather. This doesn’t seem like a normal day 1 kind of issue for a shoe at this price point, so I hope it doesn’t get any worse.

I feel like unlike the other brands, there no breaking in period. I also have common projects which were stiffer out of the box. The toe box is bigger on these So more of your feet is fit inside of the shoes.Worn for a few days now so far so good.
